Kate’s Signature Head Massage

My Signature Head Massage is a mixture of techniques that I have learned over the years. It is heavily based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which is an effective therapy that has evolved from traditional techniques practiced in India as part of family rituals for thousands of years. I also include myofascial release, sacro-cranial techniques and some facial massage.

The aim of head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues and muscles of the head, face, neck and shoulders.

Head massage is especially good for relieving stress, tension, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. It is a calming and relaxing treatment that takes place whilst lying on the massage couch.

I have been offering the treatment for a while now and have started to combine a lot of techniques that I have learned through different courses I have attended. The head massage I now offer is very unique and less traditional Indian head.
