Kate West Massage Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 24 hours of the appointment incurs no charge.

Cancellation WITHIN 24 hours WILL incur a charge of the FULL amount of the session cost. This is due to many factors, but predominantly, it is unlikely that we will be able to re-book the appointment in such a short time frame.

COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY

We do ask that if :

• You have symptoms (or have had in the last 7 days)

• You have been in contact with someone in the last 14 days who is suspected of having Covid-19

Please cancel or reschedule your booking.

We have put into place additional cancellation terms for bookings cancelled within 24 hours for reasons associated with Covid-19:

If you need to cancel, Kate West Massage will not charge you a cancellation fee.
